New Finance Blog Aggregator Hits the Web

This is a guest post from Cashblogged.com

The Purpose of CashBlogged
The purpose of CashBlogged is to help you answer the question, “What’s happening?” in “all the finance, business, career advice and topics” that interest you.
We do this by collecting the headlines of the latest stories from the best sites and blogs that cover finance, business and careers. We then group these stories and sites into categories, so you can be sure you have the most up to date information. Then we display the headlines of the information sources as well as their first paragraph. Our topics run from investing, frugal living, personal finance, banking, venture capital etc.
You can think of CashBlogged as the “business book section” of the web. CashBlogged is a starting point – not the ultimate destination. Ultimately, our goal is to enhance your online reading by displaying stories and resources from sites that you’re already visiting plus helping you discover sites that you didn’t know existed. We help you find that needle in the hay stack.

Why another aggregator?
We were frustrated with traditional RSS readers, with too many sites/blogs the reading experience changes.  Missing a few days in google reader meant sometimes hours of scrolling through articles. We needed a quicker and more efficient way to consume the best finance, business and career sites/blogs. So we built CashBlogged.

How do the CashBlogged categories work?
We import the stories of the top finance, business and career websites and blogs and display the headlines of the five to ten most recent stories. When you place your cursor over a headline, we display part of the story so that you can decide if you’d like to read it. To read the story, click on its title. To go to the home page of the site, click on the header titles.

Couldn’t I build my own custom aggregation using a feed reader?
Yes, you could—knock yourself out. While you’re at it, you could pay off your mortgage, bake a pie, floss daily, tune your own car, and ride your bike to work.

How can you add your favorite blog to our list?
